Tori Nybo-Engmann, CSW

Mental Health Therapist

Hi, I’m Tori. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image struggles, chronic illness, trauma, ADHD, burnout, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with feel overwhelmed by perfectionism, intrusive thoughts, emotional exhaustion, or the pressure to keep functioning while silently struggling underneath.

I believe therapy should feel collaborative, grounding, and deeply human. My goal is to create a space where you feel safe enough to slow down, better understand yourself, and respond to life with more self-compassion instead of shame or criticism.

I earned my Master of Social Work from Weber State University, where I discovered a passion for supporting individuals struggling with eating disorders, anxiety, OCD, body image concerns, and the emotional impact of chronic illness. I understand how isolating it can feel to live in a body that requires constant mental and emotional adaptation, and I value helping clients navigate grief, identity shifts, and burnout that often accompany chronic health struggles.

I draw from evidence-based approaches including CBT, ACT, ERP, CPT, and mindfulness-based practices while tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs and goals.

My style is warm, relational, and practical. I value authenticity in the therapy room and believe meaningful change happens through small, sustainable shifts over time — not perfection.

Outside of work, I love cooking, making art, dancing, discovering new music, and spending time with family. I know reaching out for therapy can feel vulnerable, and I’d be honored to be part of your process.

Mental Health Therapist

Hi, I'm Amy.

Life can feel overwhelming at times. Whether you're navigating anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, substance use, relationship challenges, low self-esteem, or a major life transition, you don't have to face it alone. I work with preteens, teens, and adults who may be feeling stuck, emotionally exhausted, disconnected from themselves, or unsure of how to move forward.

I believe healing begins in a space where you feel safe, supported, and genuinely understood. My goal is to create a therapeutic relationship built on trust, authenticity, and collaboration. Together, we'll explore your experiences, identify patterns that may no longer be serving you, and develop practical tools to help you navigate life's challenges with greater confidence and self-compassion.

My approach is individualized to meet your unique needs and goals. I draw from Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), mindfulness-based practices, Motivational Interviewing, Solution-Focused Therapy, trauma-informed approaches, and person-centered therapy. While techniques can be helpful, I believe the foundation of meaningful therapy is a strong therapeutic connection and a space where you can show up exactly as you are.

I have experience working with individuals facing trauma, anxiety, depression, addiction, dual diagnosis, self-harm, suicidal ideation, grief, stress, women's issues, and substance use recovery. I am passionate about helping clients build resilience, strengthen coping skills, improve self-worth, and reconnect with the parts of themselves that may have been lost along the way.

My style is warm, direct, and down-to-earth. I believe growth often happens through small, consistent steps, and I strive to meet clients where they are while encouraging meaningful and lasting change.

When I'm not working, I enjoy spending time outdoors, traveling, listening to music, and making memories with family and loved ones.

Reaching out for support can be one of the hardest steps, but it can also be the beginning of something meaningful. I would be honored to walk alongside you as you move toward healing, growth, and a life that feels more aligned with who you want to be.

KASSIE MCADAMS, LCSW, CEDS-C

Mental Health Therapist

Hi, I’m Kassie. I work with teens and adults navigating anxiety, OCD, eating disorders, body image struggles, perfectionism, burnout, faith transitions, relationship challenges, and life transitions. Many of the clients I work with are thoughtful, high-functioning people who appear “fine” on the outside while privately struggling with overwhelm, intrusive thoughts, self-criticism, or the pressure to hold everything together. I believe therapy should feel honest, grounded, and deeply human — a space where you can better understand yourself, heal old patterns, and build a more compassionate relationship with yourself.

As a Certified Eating Disorder Specialist Consultant (CEDS-C), I’m especially passionate about supporting athletes and individuals navigating disordered eating, body image concerns, compulsive exercise, and the complicated relationship many people develop with achievement, appearance, and self-worth.

I integrate ACT, ERP, mindfulness, and Internal Family Systems while tailoring therapy to each client’s unique needs. I believe growth often begins when we stop fighting ourselves so hard — creating space for greater self-understanding, compassion, connection, and a more meaningful way of living.

Outside of the therapy room, I spend my time trail running with my husband and our dog. We love being outdoors—snowboarding, mountain biking, or spending sunny days on the lake. You might also find me in a yoga class or at the climbing gym. Feel free to say hi :)

If you’re seeking CEDS supervision, please reach out via email. Individual supervision is $110/hour.
